A plan is in the works to develop a 4-story industrial complex near Fred Meyer in Ballard.
The development plan would clear out several structures on a 1-acre corner property, 1110 NW 45th St. According to the Seattle DJC, the prospective buyer is Avenue 55; they’ve filed an application to build the 86,000 square foot structure with 6,000 square foot of retail on the ground floor.
Currently, Radtke Marine operates on that corner lot, along with Park Avenue Construction, an antique furniture restoration company.
It’s the whole block, encompassing Scott Trophy, Guernsey-Ostergard, as well as Radtke and Park Ave.
