The Ballard location of Quality Sewing & Vacuum has announced they’ll be closing their store next to Ballard Market at the end of August.
The Ballard store will be merging with the Northgate location (846 NE Northgate Way); according to a staff member at the Northgate store, the Ballard employees will be transferred to other stores.
The company, which owns 14 locations across the state, is also closing its Federal Way store and merging it with their Tukwila location.
In order to clear out merchandise at the Ballard store, the company is holding a big sale on vacuums, sewing machines, and other appliances and accessories. The sale will go through August 29, according to an announcement sent out to customers.
