A 5-story office building has been proposed at 5020 15th Ave NW, at the corner of NW 51st St and 15th Ave NW.
The site is currently an empty lot, but project heads are hoping to turn it into a 5-story office building with 15 parking spaces.
As the Seattle DJC reports, the corner lot just north of Les Schwab Tire Center sold seven years ago for $750,000. The site is zoned in the Ballard Interbay Northend Manufacturing & Industrial Center (BINMIC), meaning the developers can forgo the design review process. The City has issued a SEPA determination of non-significance, allowing for the master use permit for the boutique office building.
