The former Crown Hill Hardware lot on the corner of 15th Ave NW and NW 80th St is set to become a 5-story apartment building.
According to the project plans, the apartment will be 61 units with retail and a restaurant on the ground floor. No parking is proposed in the plans.
Crown Hill Hardware closed in 2017 after a century-long run in the neighborhood. The building was demolished in April 2021.
