Ballard has gained yet another colorfully designed utility box.
The Ballard Alliance’s latest utility box beautification is on 24th Ave NW and NW Market St.
Local artist Rhodora Jacob designed the box, which the Alliance says “weaves Ballard’s heritage and natural surroundings together, creating a captivating piece of public art that will transport you to a world where magic and reality harmoniously dance!”
