The plan to construct a 7-story apartment building next to Swedish Ballard is still in the works with an upcoming design review meeting in August.
My Ballard reported on the initial plans for the project one year ago. The address for the project changed—from 5206 17th Ave NW to 1552 NW 52nd St—to reflect the updated main entrance plans.
The project includes 122 units and parking for 30 vehicles. The project area spans a full block between NW 52nd and NW 53rd Streets along 17th Ave NW and would replace a total of four buildings.
The online, public design review meeting is scheduled for August 21 at 5 p.m.
You can review the 2022 design packet on Seattle in Progress, but an updated design packet isn’t yet available.
