Yet another brewery will soon make its way to Ballard: The developer of one of Ballard’s upcoming new apartment buildings is seeking a brewery tenant for their ground-floor space.
The Washington Beer Blog reports that the developers of the 7-story, 85-unit Anker project across from Gilman Playground at 1100 NW 54th St want to find a brewery to take over the 800-square-foot retail space.
Anker has been in the works for quite a while; My Ballard first reported on it way back in early 2019.
No word yet on which brewery will join the ever-expanding Ballard Brewery District, but we’ll update you as soon as we learn more.
