Plans for a 5-story apartment building are moving forward with a design review meeting planned for mid-October.
The 51-unit apartment project would replace Seattle Mattress Company at 1501 NW 61st St. Parking for four vehicles is in the plans.
The meeting will be on Oct. 16 at 5 p.m. online. You can submit comments online through Oct. 13.
