Town & Country Markets partners with Ethan Stowell to launch Field House restaurant

There’s a new Ethan Stowell creation coming to Ballard.

Ethan Stowell is partnering up with the Town & Country Markets grocery chain to launch Field House, a market-to-table restaurant that will be opening in every Town & Market store in the area, including Ballard.

Stowell, of Ethan Stowell Restaurants, created the Field House menu, which includes all-day fare.

Breakfast options include breakfast sandwiches, granola, bagels, acai bowls, and smoothies (along with espresso, of course). The lunch and dinner menu includes sharing options such as “spicy southwest Asian chicken wings,” pretzel bites, and fish tacos. They also have salads, burgers, and sandwiches.

Town & Country will own Field House, so it won’t be scooped up into the Ethan Stowell Restaurant umbrella. They’re rolling it out in all of their grocery stores, but so far it’s only at the Mill Creek location. Lakemont and Poulsbo are next, and Ballard will get one before the end of 2025.
