The sushi restaurant Moshi Moshi at 5324 Ballard Ave NW is closed temporarily after a pipe burst in their kitchen.
Co-owner Charlie Anthe told My Ballard that the burst pipe damaged a wall in their kitchen, saying they’re dealing with the repairs as best they can. They’ve been closed since Tuesday, Jan. 21, and while they don’t have a confirmed date for reopening, he hopes it’s as soon as possible.
“We appreciate the support of the Ballard community and we’re very sorry for anyone who stopped by or had a reservation cancelled and was unable to dine with us,” Anthe wrote. “If folks wish to offer support, we encourage them to purchase a gift card through our website and then make a reservation to come in soon!”
