Someone has been blowing up garbage cans at the Loyal Heights Playfield (2101 NW 77th St) baseball dugout.
According to a nearby resident, the first explosion happened just after 11 p.m. on Friday night—the Seattle Parks Department cleaned up the damage on Saturday.
Then, on Saturday night at the same time, there was another explosion, destroying the replacement garbage can. The nearby resident said the Saturday night blast “didn’t seem to shake the surrounding houses quite as much as the Friday night explosion.”
