BallardWorks is delighted to host the artwork of the artist group “Black Olive” These 8 artists from Germany and Switzerland are participating in a show curated by Annegret Reichmann.

They have their own styles and themes: Painting, printmaking, collage, illustration and drawing.
Broad brush strokes, fine pen lines, fragments of billboards and the use of the trusted palette knife bring line and shape in ink, oil and acrylic onto paper.

Three floors of art studios and exhibition spaces open for the Art Walk during Ballard Night Out on Thursday, July 18th, 2019. Open 6:00-9:00 pm only. Open houses at several of the 20 BallardWorks studios offer a chance to talk to the artists and see their oeuvre. Families with kids, art lovers, collectors, and neighbors are welcome. Enter through the 1st or 2nd floor doors on 30th Avenue NW. Studio artists’ work includes painting, woodworking, sculpture, print making, and more, all under one roof.
