Join us to learn more about the classes, workshops, and our rental space at Ram and Bee Wellness. Meet the founders, meet the instructors, try a mini-session, ask questions, check out the space, and connect with your community.

What is Ram and Bee Wellness? A powerful passion project brought to you by Ballard Neighborhood Doctors and founders Melissa Weakland, MD, and Jonathan Bell, ND.

Ram and Bee Wellness (ramandbeewellness.com) is a community promoting physical and emotional wellness through classes that inspire joy and spirituality. “…Our experience as primary care physicians has taught us that such a community can promote greater health and wellness even when dealing with disease and suffering, by allowing individuals to build additional resilience and relationships…”

Regular weekly classes are offered by donation in the hopes that who are interested will attend and cost will not be a barrier. Classes are intended to be small for personalized attention. Individual instruction also available.

Ram and Bee Wellness is available also for rent for use by your community group or for your class offering. Details can be found on our website. We’ve offered parenting classes, SoundBaths, dyslexia workshops, creative writing classes and more.
