A small house in West Woodland may be torn down to make way for a 4-story apartment.
Currently, there’s a red duplex at 929 NW 57TH ST. The design plans call for 26 small efficiency dwelling units, with no parking proposed.

Why are you always so overwrought? Go outside and see how wonderful the city is without cars dominating the landscape. There is no reason we can’t have a city like this when there isn’t a crisis.
Apartments without parking should only be rented to tenants without cars.
