About 3:15 p.m. this afternoon, a large contingent of firefighters descended on an apartment complex at 1545 NW. 53rd St. for a report of a fire. My Ballard reader Sheila sent us some photos from her camera phone.
Details are thin, but all appearances are that the damage was minimal.
