No Ballard Bridge lane closures Saturday

The previously scheduled paving on the Ballard Bridge tomorrow has been canceled. You may have seen the illuminated signs heading onto the bridge stating that there will be lane closures from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, well the Department of Transporation is postponing the work because of an unfavorable weather forecast. The work to grind the old surface and lay new asphalt on the raised portion of 15th Ave NW above Leary Ave NW at the north end of the bridge has tentatively been rescheduled for February 26th.
