Signs posted on the fence at the Ballard on the Park construction site say a crane is going to be delivered Tuesday. The base can already be seen inside the construction pit which appears to be about 30 feet deep.
The delivery and assembly is going to mean restricted parking and access on NW 58th Street between 24th and 22nd. The notice says it’ll be enforced by “a uniformed officer” who will allow resident-only access.
As for those residents, expect an early reminder – delivery and setup is slated to start at 5:30 a.m., thanks to a special permit issued for the delivery.
