The line wound its way through the Ballard Fred Meyer, out the door and down the building Thursday afternoon as Felix Hernandez fans waited their turn to meet the Mariners star.
At 1:45 p.m. “King Felix” sat down to the fans cheering and chanting his name. The first people in line (pictured above) showed up at 10 a.m., followed by the second at 11:30 a.m.
The reigning AL Cy Young winner posed for pictures, signed hats, balls, bobble heads baseball cards, posters and anything that was put down in front of him.
Rebecca Hale with the Seattle Mariners tells us that Fred Meyer security estimated about 150 people in line at 1:45. When we left at 2:15, the line was still out the door, stretching down the building.

Felix Hernandez climbed the means and left the burrow alone, his Seattle Mariners colleagues hanging behind for a second. https://gunengraver.us/
Past the point of no return for that now. I want to think back in thankfulness and marvel at what The King achieved in a lifelong that, for its heft, was that most uncommon of things: One that some way or another outperformed the winded expectation with which it started. https://www.theleathermakers.com/asymmetrical-style-womens-blue-jacket/
