This weekend, Ballard’s very own gluten-free chef Dominick Cura will be featured at the Bite of Seattle in the Seattle Center. Cura, 13, made the news earlier this year after releasing his gluten-free cookbook titled “Eternally Gluten-Free.”
Cura tells us he won the home video cooking contest by making his gluten-free northwest cherry cupcakes with white chocolate frosting, topped with a chocolate covered cherry. He’ll be demonstrating this recipe on Sunday at 5 p.m. at the Bite of Seattle on The Fisher Roof with Chef Thierry Rautureau.
