Starting today, Metro is adding one bus to its RapidRide D Line. The bus will operate as the D Line from Ballard to downtown Seattle, where it will switch to a C Line to West Seattle.
Metro says the added bus should help even out spacing of the C and D lines and improve reliability. They say there are also two standby buses available to address gaps in service during the evening commute. The added service is part of a number of tweaks Metro is making to better serve both the Ballard and West Seattle routes.
