This Saturday, Dec. 8, the Seattle Mandolin Orchestra will be performing at the Ballard Library from 2 to 3 p.m. The performance, which will feature soprano Julie Finch, is a free annual concert that will include holiday favorites played by mandolins of all sizes, according to the Seattle Public Library.
