A high speed car chase ripped through Ballard yesterday afternoon, according to tips from readers and several posts in the My Ballard Forum. According to forum poster MikePhoto, it started as a car prowl and hit-and-run involving a BMW and Durango, and turned into a car chase with speeds at approximately 90 mph near NW 65th St. and 24th Ave NW. We have a call out to Seattle Police, and will update with any new information.
