Heavy rain turns into street flooding

It was some of the heaviest rain we’ve seen in Seattle. Driving down 65th from Phinney Ridge into Ballard, we shot some video:

Water covered the street in front of businesses along 65th, at the bottom of the Ridge, and small rivers poured down residential streets.
