An application has been submitted to subdivide one development site into four residential unit lots. The subdivision of the property is only for the purpose of sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.
An application has been submitted to subdivide the property into two parcels of land. The parcel sizes are 2,063 sq. ft. and 2,415 sq. ft. The existing structures will be demolished.

Decisions:
A decision has been made to allow a four-story structure which will contain 24 residential units and one live-work unit at 8026 15th Ave NW. Surface parking is to be provided for nine vehicles. The existing structures will be demolished. Appeals of the decision must be heard by December 2.
