With thoughts of Seafair taking over the minds of most Seattleites this weekend, things have slowed down just a bit in Ballard. That being said, there’s still plenty to do if you’re looking to stay in your neighborhood this weekend.

- Ballard Avenue Walking Tour from 10 a.m. to noon. Hosted by the Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI). Cass O’Callaghan of the Ballard Historical Society will lead attendees through the Ballard Avenue Landmark District sharing architectural highlights along with pieces of historical context about the Ballard of yesteryear. - Free Kettlebell Workout Class at Golden Gardens at 10:30 a.m. Strikerfit hosts a strength and conditioning kettlebell cross training workout. Attendees are asked to RSVP here.
