Amy Besunder from Populuxe Brewing (826B NW 49th St) emailed in to let us know that both of the brewery’s A-boards (pictured at right) have been stolen in the past two weeks.
“Our friend, local artist Richard Visick, put lots of time into these and they really depict who we are,” Besunder wrote in an email to My Ballard. The boards were hand-painted by Visick.
Any information that leads to the return of the A-boards will be recognized by Populuxe with a Founder’s Club membership — which includes an engraved glass, t-shirt, and membership card — along with four growlers of beer.
If you have any information on the whereabouts of the boards, contact Populuxe at 206.706.3400.
We saw the A-board with the skateboarder image on the corner of 8th Ave NW and NW 49th street last Sunday (07/24/2014).
Oh No!! I hope you find them. Of course, that’s the risk of having the coolest A-boards in Ballard.
