Dog wearing cone found at 28th and 70th

My Ballard reader Tom emailed in to let us know that he found a dog (pictured) wearing a soft cone at 28th Ave NW and NW 70th St.

Tom was passing through Ballard and the dog is now at a home on 27th Ave NW and NW 70th St.
