Reuben’s Brews (5010 14th Ave NW) will be hosting a release party today (Friday, March 25, at 5 p.m.) for their newest brew, Pink Boots.
The new beer is named in honor of The Pink Boots Society, an organization created to empower women beer professionals to advance their careers in the beer industry through education.
The women of the Reuben’s team brewed the new Hibiscus Gose earlier in celebration of the Big Boots/International Women’s Collaboration Brew Day.
50 cents from each glass sold will be donated to the Pink Boots Society.
“We hope to have Pink Boots brews from other Seattle breweries on tap, too! Come meet the brewers and celebrate a great organization in the brewing industry,” says Adam Robbings, co-founder and head brewer of Reuben’s Brews.
