As is the norm, today’s development update includes applications and approvals for subdivisions, many of which will make way for three-story townhouses. The update comes from the City of Seattle’s Department of Planning and Development (DPD) as posted in the Land Use Information Bulletin.

A Land Use Application has been submitted to allow two, 3-story single-family residences. Parking to be provided for two vehicles within the structures. To be considered with Project #3028264 for shared access. Environmental review includes future unit lot subdivision.
Comments may be submitted until 06/21/2017.
A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide one development site into three unit lots. The construction of residential units is under Project #6474348. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.
