Tuesday, August 1 is Seattle Night Out, meaning there will be block parties happening all over the city. Ballard has a handful of block parties planned; see the map below.
Night Out is a national event, which in Seattle is promoted by the Seattle Police Department Crime Prevention. According to the city, it’s designed to heighten crime prevention awareness, increase neighborhood support in anti-crime efforts, and unite our communities.
It’s still possible to register your event; do so by 5pm on Monday, July 31 to get your street closed for your block party.
