The city has given the green light to demolish an old church at 9202 11th Ave. NW on Crown Hill.
The building was once home to the Harbor Church, which has since moved to Luther Memorial Church in Greenwood. The demolition permit also includes a small home next door.
The plan is to build three single-family residences on the resulting property.
