Mindfulness Meditation Class

$90Mindfulness Meditation, sometimes called Insight or Vipassana Meditation, is a moment-to-moment investigation of the mind and body process. Our experience is explored from a balanced and spacious awareness which allows the heart to open. During these six weeks there will be meditation instructions, talks about the philosophy of the practice, suggestions for daily practice, and time for discussion and questions. While Insight Meditation is a Buddhist tradition, this class will be taught from a secular perspective. The class is appropriate for those completely new to meditation as well as those who would like to support their practice.
