The participating artists were challenged to create using mainly Black and White, with only touches of other color. These high contrast designs emphasize composition and demand attention. Media used include drawing, printmaking, painting and mixed media.

Three floors of art studios and exhibition spaces open for the Art Walk Thursday, December 20th, 2018. Open 6:00-9:00 pm only. Open houses at several of the 20 BallardWorks studios offer a chance to talk to the artists and see their oeuvre. Families with kids, art lovers, collectors, and neighbors are welcome.
