Local pilates company Seattle Pilates Collective is about to bring new life into an empty building on the corner of 20th Ave NW and NW 56th St.
The pilates business opened a location in Green Lake in 2017 and currently operates in a small space in the Carnegie Library, but they’re opening in the new location in a couple weeks, owners Jake and Nathalia tell My Ballard.
They’re in the midst of renovations in the space, which they say will be very similar to their Green Lake location, but larger.
“We are a fully equipped Pilates studio offering private and duet sessions as well as group reformer classes and some other movement modalities,” the owners say. “We are a community of kindred spirits who want to inspire, motivate, and educate all of our clients to feel their best.”
On Feb. 8, they’ll host an open house for neighbors to check it out, and will have a grand opening party in March — details to come.
