On Saturday, September 9th, 2023, 6:00-9:00pm, Monster celebrates 15 years in the Ballard neighborhood by throwing “A Toast to You,” a party involving friendship, community engagement, the ability to toast sixteen slices of bread at once, and a mountain of breads and toppings. This event is free and open to the public.
Located at 1716 NW Market St, Seattle, Monster has been a part of the Ballard arts scene since opening in September of 2008. Monster has showcased 100+ independent artists from the Pacific Northwest and offers a variety of art classes in their backroom studio.
“A Toast to You” promises to be a fun and interactive celebration of Monster’s 15 years in Ballard. Attendees can enjoy traditional, gluten-free, and vegan toast options while experimenting with an assortment of toast-friendly toppings. The party will also include a row of toasters for D.I.Y. toast making complemented by a selection of non-alcoholic beverages.
In keeping with the theme of 15 years, Monster will also be giving away 15 gift cards throughout the evening. Partygoers will have the chance to roll the dice and unveil their surprise gift card amounts.
“A Toast To You” will happen during the Ballard Art Walk, which takes place on the second Saturday of each month. For those interested in joining the “A Toast to You” festivities, mark your calendars for Saturday, September 9th, from 6pm to 9pm. Let’s toast to 15 more years of Monster!
