You are invited to the BALLARD BOONANZA in Ballard Commons Park on Saturday, OCTOBER 26th from 4 – 8 p.m. 👻 The Ballard Alliance, in collaboration with generous community partners and the Seattle Parks and Recreation Department, has added a fall-themed event to connect the community, activate the park and kick off the Harvest Food Drive for the Ballard Food Bank.🥫This free family-friendly event features QFC pumpkin painting, a costume contest, treats from Sweet Mickey’s, fall-themed activities, cornhole, park activities, hot cider from PCC Community Markets and donuts from Dough Joy.
🕓 Activities and treats will begin at 4 p.m. in the booth area of the park, cornhole and park games will be available throughout the evening; costume contest starts at 5:30 p.m., and the outdoor movie will begin at 6 p.m. 🍬🍭🍩☕
🎬 For the outdoor movie in the park, we will be screening “The Addams Family” (1991) – a nod to all of our Adams Elementary families.
🥫 The first 100 folks to bring non-perishable or monetary donations for the Harvest Food Drive will receive a mini pumpkin to paint.
