Ray’s Boathouse & Café is Celebrating Valentine’s Day from Wednesday, February 14 through Sunday, February 18.

The Café will offer its regular menu, along with a variety of decadent date night specials until 9pm.

The Boathouse will be serving an elegant three-course menu with choice of starter, entrée and dessert for $60, as well as its regular menu from 5 to 9pm.

Fried Pacific Oysters with wakame salad, Ikura, served with a béarnaise sauce

Deviled Eggs with truffle, bacon and lettuce

Beets Three Ways with roasted red and gold beets, golden beet relish, crispy beet chips, peanuts, watercress, served with a sherry vinaigrette

Entree

Pan Seared Alaskan Halibut with poached prawns, crispy potatoes, lemon-butter, capers and creamed spinach

Wild Northwest King Salmon with sweet onion marmalade, fennel dusted cauliflower, baby zucchini, king oyster mushrooms and pepitas

Applewood Grilled Filet Mignon & Pan Seared Sea Scallops with garlic whipped potatoes, charred broccolini, fried onion, served with Perigueux sauce

Dessert

Coconut Crème Parfait toasted coconut, candied macadamia nuts

Chocolate Praline Cremeux orange-caramel sauce, spiced caramel popcorn
