Cooking with Beans and Lentils

FreeWe’re inspired by the new cookbook Easy Beans by chef Jackie Freeman. Cooking instructor (and Ballard Food Bank Board member) Hsiao-Ching Chou demonstrates a couple of recipes from Easy Beans, including this twist on a traditional potato salad: The recipe for Warm Potato, Apple, and Lentil Salad puts a fresh spin on some staple ingredients. Whether your family shops at the food bank, grocery store, or farmer’s market, these recipes will be fun to make!
