Magnolia Chorale December concerts, themed “Dark and Luminous Night”, explore the journey through long winter nights and how illumination brings us comfort. The repertoire will transport audiences from the haunting harmonies of Ola Gjeilo’s “Dark Night” to the jubilant celebration of mystery and hope in Vivaldi’s “Gloria”. Guest soloists and a chamber orchestra round out the performance. Two concerts: Saturday, December 9 @ 7:30 pm and Sunday, December 10 @2:00 pm.
