Day Retreat: 3 Meditations to Relax and Clear Your Mind

Learn three forms of meditation that help to relax and balance our body, calm the mind, reduce stress, and give an experience of inner peace and well-being. The first meditation helps to overcome physical appearances such as discomfort in our body. The second introduces us to the clarity of our mind, and the third is a meditation on our root mind. Together they lead us on a voyage of exploration of our mind through which we can discover our own inner potential for lasting peace and happiness. All these meditations can be practiced by anyone. Sessions include instruction, guided meditation, and time for Q&A.
