La Cocina School at El Centro de la Raza will be offering a wonderful Spanish Paella Cooking Class with Liliana Paredes, El Centro de la Raza’s Business Opportunity Center Coordinator! She has a culinary degree and has previously owned her very own catering business. Currently, you will find her working with our Plaza Roberto Maestas cart vendors and on occasion, teaching folks how to make a mean, fragrant paella dish with an air of sophistication. Now is your chance to learn how to make amazingly delicious paella!
