Foodies will want to take time for lunch with both traditional and new Nordic cuisine including lefse, open-face sandwiches, grilled Museum dogs, meatballs, seafood, roasted nuts, and gourmet coffee or espresso. Grab freshly made aebleskiver in the East Garden or enjoy the expanded Valhalla Beer Garden serving up beer, glogg, wine, spirits, and aquavit.
