Northwest Hospitality Annual Benefit to Serve Our Unhoused Neighbors
November 4, 2023 @ 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm
$125Northwest Hospitality, a Washington-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is all set to host an annual benefit on Saturday, 4th November 2023 to raise money to support the needs of our unhoused neighbors. With this event, they aim to reach a minimum of $35,000 as their fundraising goal.
Northwest Hospitality’s sixth Annual Benefit will support our many programs and allow us to continue serving our unhoused neighbors throughout Washington State. Programs like repairing cars for people living in their vehicles, providing clothing and hygiene supplies through our Mobile Closet to assist in starting new jobs from the street, help with rental assistance, and haircuts are just a few of the ways Northwest Hospitality responds directly with care to the needs of our vulnerable neighbors.
Early supporter tickets are on sale for $110 through the end of August and will be $125 starting September 1st. Tickets include dinner, entertainment, and a silent auction at the Sons of Norway in Ballard. Individual participants are requested to buy their tickets at https://www.nwhospitality.org/upcomingevents/2023benefit.
Donations will be accepted at the event location and online. All proceeds will support Northwest Hospitality’s outreach efforts and programs serving our unhoused neighbors. Every donor will receive a donation receipt for their tax purposes, and all participants will receive updates on the impact of this event.
“Northwest Hospitality reaches out to our neighbors wherever they are, building the communities that change lives. Our unique programs and strategies meet needs that people often struggle to have served. We are effective enough that larger organizations as well as city and county governments frequently call on our volunteers to fill needs that are not being met in other ways. Your support at our annual benefit and throughout the year will help us continue to grow this powerful volunteer-based model of compassionate community-centered outreach. Thank you!”
-Anton Preisinger, Northwest Hospitality Founding Executive Director & Board Chairperson
