Come play with puppies and get a workout at the same time!! Strive & Uplift (a strength and conditioning community) has an ongoing partnership with a dog rescue organization called BravePup, and are welcoming two pups in for a few very special classes.
There are only 6 spots available in each class – classes are at 6pm and 7:30pm!
