Warm Up: Acorn squash and scallion fritters with honey yogurt paired with Ula Kellerbier

From the Cauldron: Fiskesuppe (Shrimp and Salmon Stew) paired with Frances Farmer Foeder Aged Saison

Intermezzo: Peach Be Humble Granita with fresh peach

From the Sea: Seared Cod Loin with Pea Puree and Dill Hollandaise paired with Lambo Tape Deck Double IPA

From the Pasture: Grilled Lamb Loin with Spaetzle and Lamb Demiglace paired with Rauch Bock

From the Baker: Dark Chocolate pretzel bread pudding paired with Skål Special Blend (cuvee of ‘Ashes In The Fall’ and ‘Dunkles’)
