About Viola Cellars: The Wine and History

Viola strives to create Italian-inspired wines using fruit sourced mainly from the Columbia Gorge AVA. They practice natural winemaking techniques and seek out organic grapes for the majority of our wines. From stainless tank reds made with the Piedmont standards, Barbera and Dolcetto, to skin-macerated whites made with Sauvignon Blanc, Traminer Aromatico and Pinot Grigio, they produce a diverse assortment of bottlings each vintage.
