Welcome to the Winter Solstice Women’s Ceremony & Celebration at Zata Soul Healing! Join us on Sat Dec 21, 2024 at 3:30pm (doors open 3:15pm) for a special gathering to honor the changing of the seasons. Connect with other women in a sacred space as we come together to celebrate the longest night of the year. This event is a unique opportunity to reflect, release, and set intentions for the coming year. Let’s embrace the magic of the winter solstice together!

Doors open at 3:15pm; program begins at 3:30 pm. Please arrive a few minutes early for greetings and getting settled.

The event will include: an immersive sound bath, guided meditation, reflection and journaling, ceremonial release of what’s no longer serving us, and time for deep connection.

Please dress comfortably for sitting on the floor and moving around. You may bring a journal for your personal reflections, but paper and pens will be available. Mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows will be provided for sound bath and meditation.

Light refreshments will be served.
