Saturdays from 10-11am. In Person Mindfulness Meditation class at The Ballard Collective. You can expect a short talk on how to be more mindful in daily life, a 20-30 minute meditation and time for Q and A afterwards. Taught by a certified mindfulness instructor. Classes are freely given, donations welcome.
