BWC is opening a Little Free Library dedicated to poetry in a repurposed Ballard News-Tribune newsrack. A ribbon cutting by Ballard poet Carol Levin and dedication will take place in honor of National Poetry Month. The location will be in front of Sunset Hill Green Market.
